1. Listing Plans

  • Our services are digital and subscription-based, meaning that once your listing is published on our platform, it cannot be physically returned.
  • All payments made for listing plans are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
    • If you have been charged more than once for the same listing.
    • If the listing service was not activated or published within the promised time due to an error on our end.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at mahitiportal@gmail.com

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your listing plan at any time; however, cancellation will not automatically trigger a refund.
  • Once cancelled, your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period.

4. Upgrades & Downgrades

  • If you upgrade your plan, the new billing cycle will begin immediately, and any previous payment will not be refunded.
  • If you downgrade, the change will apply from the next billing cycle; no partial refunds will be issued.
